三林村是诏安县建设乡下辖的行政村，位于乡政府驻地南面，村委会驻三林自然村。村内的自然村有六个：三林、田厝寨、陈厝寨、马古岸、龙潭坂和贡林寮。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名以驻地的三林自然村得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初，三林属白洋乡。早在1950年，这里属第二区的阳山乡，1952年2月改属第五区的西桥乡；1955至1956年间归西潭区的汀洋乡管辖。1958年9月，三林并入建设农场，那时设下径作业区。1964年4月，作业区改称三林作业区，1984年10月才定为现名。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村里以种植水稻、甘蔗、地瓜、花生和橡胶为主，兼种茶果。[1]
