江亩坑村位于诏安县建设乡南部，村委会设在江亩坑自然村内，离乡政府驻地约1.5公里，村民大多姓何、许、陈。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄东面临诏和公路，西面接水头村，南北两侧临溪。聚落沿溪边坡地分布，呈椭圆形。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，村子归第三区管辖，属村内乡；数年后改隶第六区，1955年至1956年间又划入西潭区。1958年9月，村子并入建设农场。三年后的1961年5月，农场在此设江亩坑作业区。1979年12月，此处改设大队，名为江亩坑大队；1984年10月才定为现名。[1]

经济[edit]

村民种植水稻、地瓜、甘蔗和花生，兼种橡胶及茶果。村内设有一所中心小学。[1]
