建华社区是诏安县建设乡下辖的社区，位于乡政府驻地东侧，东面与月港村为邻，西面与长埔村相接。社区由建华、保仑、小下河三个自然村组成，其中建华作业区是印尼侨民的聚居地。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年9月，这里归月港作业区管辖。三年后的1961年5月，从月港作业区中分出，另设建华作业区，到1984年才改用现在的名字，社区名仍沿用驻地村建华的称呼。[1]

文化[edit]

村民日常讲闽南话，也讲印尼话。[1]

社区于2021年8月被国家卫生健康委老龄司列为「2021年全国示范性老年友好型社区」，同年11月又获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生社区」称号。[1]
