兰里村位于白洋乡平原的中部地带。村部驻芝兰里自然村，故村名简称兰里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年4月，兰里村改属白洋乡。1984年10月政社分开后为西潭乡兰里村，1961年为西潭公社兰里大队。1958年撤区并社后归西潭乡，同年9月转入幸福人民公社，次年初改属红旗人民公社。解放初归第二区塘桥乡管辖，1952年初改划为第五区的塘桥乡。[1]
