新东亭村位于诏安县金星乡，村名由“小东山”“西亭”“新圩”三个村名各取一字组成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1957年，此地隶属四都农场；1960年改为金星农场的四都作业区；1980年又更名为金星农场四都埭作业区。1988年，四都埭作业区分出后港圩、西亭、小东山三个自然村，设立新东亭村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
