上营村是福建省漳州市诏安县西潭镇下辖的行政村，位于平原之上，村庄沿溪边而建。村中以许姓为多，2021年被命名为福建省卫生村。[1]

村子沿溪呈长方形分布，许姓居多。2009年时全村有281户，村民讲闽南话，编为6个村民小组，耕地540亩，其中水田380亩，主要种植水稻、甘蔗与花生。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名该村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地属第三区寨营乡，之后划入第六区与西潭区。1958年撤区并乡后归美营乡，同年并入幸福人民公社，1959年转入红旗公社。1959年2月从寨营乡析出，另设上营大队，1980年改称东上营大队，1984年政社分开后称西潭乡东上营村委会。[1]
