美营村是福建省漳州市诏安县西潭镇下辖的行政村，位于诏安县西部，距县城约10千米。村中为畲族聚居，是镇内唯一的畲族行政村，辖3个自然村。[2]

据百度百科，村中耕地面积为4775亩（2022年）。村中为畲族聚居。[2]

据百度百科，该村于2022年10月更名为「美营畲族村」；博雅地名网仍用「美营村」之名。[1][2]

文物[edit]

村中有「美营布衣伟烈（供诏祠）」，为明代古建筑，2016年6月28日被公布为诏安县第十六批县级文物保护单位。[1]

东山自然村观音山中峰上有「东山沈一元墓」，为宋代古墓葬，同样于2016年6月28日公布为诏安县第十六批县级文物保护单位。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，村子被确定为「2021年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」，产品为诏安青椒。福建省农业农村厅在2022年10月将该村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地属第三区美营乡，此后经第六区、西潭区调整，1958年撤区并乡后仍称美营乡。1958年并入幸福人民公社，1959年转入红旗公社，同年改设西潭人民公社美营大队，1964年归西潭公社，1984年改为西潭乡美营村。[1]
