青山村是福建省漳州市诏安县西潭镇下辖的行政村，位于丘陵地带，聚落背靠山坡、面向溪流，形如畚箕。村中涂姓居多，以务农为主。[1]

村中有236户、903人，编为8个村民小组，耕地共862亩，水田占494亩。村民讲闽南话，主要种植水稻与果树，村中有一所初级小学。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，村子被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。同年6月，村庄列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初属第三区新安乡，后经第六区、西潭区调整。1958年撤区并乡后归美营乡，1959年并入红旗公社，1961年改属东湖人民公社青山大队，1964年归西潭公社，1984年改为西潭乡青山村。[1]
