岑头村是福建省漳州市诏安县西潭镇下辖的行政村，位于县域南部，距县城不到10千米。村民以种植反季节蔬菜为业。[1]
概况[edit]
全村有468户、1727人，分为4个村民小组。村民种植的蔬菜品种较多，以马铃薯、芥菜、荷兰豆、西葫芦为代表，另有苦瓜、毛豆、茄子、辣椒、虾瓜等。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放初属第三区上陈乡，之后归第六区与西潭区。1958年撤区并乡后归美营乡，1959年一度并入红旗公社，1961年改属东湖公社岑头大队，1964年回到西潭人民公社，1984年定名西潭乡岑头村。[1]
