后陈村是福建省漳州市诏安县西潭镇下辖的行政村，村庄靠近诏和线，城乡分类属镇中心区。村名取自驻地村子「后陈」。[1]

全村2600余人，编为6个村民小组，以务农为主，水稻与甘薯是主要作物。[1]

村内设有一所完全小学和一处医疗室，还办有一个村级林场。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，后陈村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地属第三区湖美乡，1956年归西潭区塘西乡管辖，1958年并入红旗公社，设后陈大队。1964年改由西潭人民公社管辖，1984年10月改属西潭乡，称后陈村。[1]
