地名由来[edit]
村庄驻地设在隔背自然村，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年此地属第六区隔石乡，1951年改属第七区隔石乡。1952年至1954年间，隔背、石东两乡归第九区管辖。[1]
1958年9月属和平人民公社隔背大队，1964年改属秀篆公社隔背大队。1984年10月改设秀篆乡隔背村，1992年3月改为秀篆镇隔背村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年1月，隔背村被认定为「漳州市2020年度市级一村一品示范村」，主导产品为中药材。2020年12月，隔背村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。2024年11月，隔背村被认定为「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产业为茶叶。[1]
