彩霞村位于诏安县官陂镇南部，处在官陂、霞葛、太平三镇的交界处，西邻霞葛镇。1958年成立生产大队时，取驻地彩下村为名，后音近写作彩霞。村中以张姓为主，现存二百余年历史的土楼建筑。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年，此地设为官陂乡下的彩下村；1991年改为官陂镇彩霞村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子四面环山，聚落呈椭圆形。村辖十余个自然村，其中有竹苞楼、深塘、长屈等。[1]
