司下村位于霞葛镇西部，东邻天桥村，南接天桥村的下娄自然村，西与广东省饶平县和里洞相接，北连庵下村。村名取“司昌楼”“眼下”两村各一字。全村下辖7个自然村，是诏安县人民政府网站所称的省级特色旅游乡村和传统古村落建设的重点村。[1][2][3]

地理环境[edit]

全村耕地573亩，山地1147亩，以水稻为主导产业。[1]

7个自然村依次为下垅子、眼下、南乾、才子巷、大坪巷、南昌楼与司昌楼。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

截至2011年底，村内有548户、2400人，外出劳动力350人。[1]

2011年，全村工农业总产值305万元，农民人均纯收入3798元。[1]

荣誉与产业[edit]

2025年11月，司下村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级一村一品专业村」，产业为朱顶红。[1]

同月，村庄又列入「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」名单。[1]

霞葛镇政府的规划将司下村列为省级特色旅游乡村和省级传统古村落建设的重点。[3]
