新营村是福建省漳州市诏安县太平镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东北角，靠近省道309。村名取自驻地新营自然村。全村辖新营、新起楼、康美村等自然村，以客家话为主要语言。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年归第五区新营乡，1955年划入太平区乾美乡，1958年并入团结人民公社，1959年起称太平公社新营大队。1984年置太平乡新营村，1992年起称太平镇新营村。[1]

自然环境与生产[edit]

村中山林约14560亩，其中用材林5600亩，青梅6500亩，荔枝园1400亩。耕地计有农田2320亩与旱地180亩。居民生计多靠耕种、竹编和外出打工。[2]
