上营村是诏安县深桥镇下辖的行政村，属镇乡结合区，与樟朗、后岭、溪园、新溪等村相邻。村内有分水关一带的文物古迹。[1]

文物古迹[edit]

「上营叶健腾进士墓」是清代墓葬，位于村东山仔翔兴大道路边，2016年6月28日列为第十六批县级文物保护单位。「分水关功覃闽粤坊」在分水关，为明代花岗岩石坊，崇祯年间（1628—1644年）由闽粤两地缙绅士民为表彰时任南澳镇副总兵郑芝龙而建。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年村地属第二区；1954年改属第五区；1958年并入红旗公社，成为上营大队。1964年归深桥公社管辖；1984年10月起称上营村，1992年3月改隶深桥镇。[1]

人物[edit]

明代叶亹，字世黾，号龟峰，正德十六年（1521年）登进士第，次年即嘉靖元年（1522年）被任命为江西南城知县。博雅地名网称其为三都宝桥（今深桥镇上营村）人。[1]
