庄上村在深桥镇中部，靠近国道324线西北一侧，是一个独立的行政村。现有人口1300人。耕地约928亩，其中水田431亩、旱地497亩。村内种荔枝、龙眼等果树，另有淡水鱼塘四十余亩。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村部驻庄上自然村，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年后，村地属第二、第五区郭湖乡。1955年划入西潭区，名称未改。公社时期村归红旗、深桥两公社，成为庄上大队。1984年10月起称深桥乡庄上村，1992年2月改称深桥镇庄上村。[1]
