林巷村位于桥东商业街北侧，东面与桥头村相接，西面与林家村相连。全村550户2279人，分5个村民组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年代，村地隶属林家乡，1958年随之并入东方红人民公社。1961年起称桥东公社林巷大队。[1]

1984年改为乡属村，1992年改称镇属村。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以种菜、粮食和家禽养殖为主。沿商业街两侧建有商住区，村里还有几家毛织和机械维修企业。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，林巷村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
