田厝村是梅岭镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府驻地东南部，东邻诏安湾的田厝港，西面隔宫口港内海与洋麟塔相望，南连下傅村，北接林厝村。村子包括田厝、董厝前两个自然村，村委会驻田厝。[1]
地名与历史沿革[edit]
村内有田厝、董厝两个自然村，村名取其中的田厝。民国时属梅中乡；中华人民共和国成立后先属第一、第三区傅厝乡，其后，1956年改隶四都区傅厝乡，此后，1958年归东方红人民公社傅厝管理区。[1]
1961年5月为下河公社田厝大队，接着，1964年4月属桥东公社，其后，1978年1月复归下河公社，此后，1982年属梅岭公社。接着，1984年10月起由梅岭乡的田厝村委会管理，其后，1991年起称现名。[1]
自然环境与生计[edit]
村子在沿海平缓地带，房屋面朝大海，田姓居多，苏、林等姓也有住户。村民讲闽南话，分为15个村民小组。据博雅地名网，全村有864户、3604人，土地约1558亩。[1]
田厝村处在梅岭半岛的中部，属诏安县的重点渔村。田厝渔港在本镇的渔港中居于二级之列。[1][2][3]
荣誉[edit]
2022年9月，田厝村被认定为「漳州市2022年度市级“一村一品”专业村」（水产养殖）。福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月把田厝村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
