东葛头村是诏安县四都镇下辖的行政村，属镇乡结合区。驻地位于东葛头自然村，村名由此而来。村中的“一村一品”产业为南美虾。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年东葛头归第四区盐东乡，直至1956年5月仍属该乡。1958年9月编入太阳升人民公社盐东管理区；1961年起，东葛头为林头公社的东葛头大队（隶四都区），1964年4月改属四都公社，1984年11月定为四都镇东葛头村。[1]

荣誉称号[edit]

该村于2021年11月获省爱卫部门命名，称号为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2022年9月，东葛头村被认定为「漳州市2022年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，产品为南美虾；2023年12月，又被认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」。[1]
