人口与村情[edit]
村中有1258户、4518人，其中正式党员138名（博雅地名网，未注年份）。村域耕地约3556亩，山林约8600亩，浅海滩涂约300亩，淡水鱼虾池约350亩。[1][2]
村中青壳荔枝种植面积约1680亩，已注册成立青壳荔枝专业合作社。村内还有伯瑶水产养殖专业合作社，以及数家木材、肥料和纺织企业。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中有后港李氏大宗祠，建于明代，2016年6月公布为县级文物保护单位。村内另有樟公寺和李伯瑶文化博物馆。[1][2][3]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年后港归第四区后港乡管辖，1956年5月编为四都区的后港农业社，1958年9月划入太阳升人民公社后港管理区。1961年起为四都公社下的后港大队，1964年4月仍属该公社，1984年11月定为四都镇后港村。[1]
荣誉称号[edit]
2024年9月，后港村被认定为「漳州市2024年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，产品为青壳荔枝。[1]
