人口与村情[edit]
博雅地名网所载全村158户、总人口656人，村农用地约265亩，其中耕地约174亩，山地约50亩，未注年份。村中有15户经营中小型养殖。[1]
村民收入主要来自柚柑种植、水产养殖以及外出务工与其他创业。博雅地名网称村子处于山脚下，空气清新，四季都有水果上市。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前林墘属奇湖镇林峤保，解放初期列入四都区林美乡。1956年划归四都乡，1958年并入太阳升人民公社林峤管理区。1961年起设四都公社林墘大队，1964年4月并入四都公社，1984年10月改为现名，此名一直沿用。[1]
