龙桥村位于南浦乡中部，是乡中心区，集市、中学、卫生院与乡直机关都设在村内。村辖桥头、新楼、新厝、高厝楼、龙溪新村、山后、姜头、小溪八个自然村。[1][2][3]

村名得自村旁的龙溪桥。全村共有31个姓氏，许、徐两姓人口最多。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

龙桥所在之处原是古龙溪墟。1957年以前，龙溪圩与新楼属龙平乡，桥头属竹桥乡，都归南靖县程溪区管辖；1957年3月并入漳浦县。1958年这里设桥头大队，1970年龙溪桥建成，1984年大队改为龙桥村，村名由桥而来。[1][2]

姓氏宗族[edit]

许姓与徐姓分布在各自然村。另有方、林、郑、李、罗等姓，其中方姓是抗战时自云霄迁来，邓、黄两姓也有抗战时从广东迁入的。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

碧鹤楼是单圈单元式的圆楼，建于清代。高厝楼又名龙门屏瀚楼，建于清初，为双圈方楼，楼门石匾“龙门屏瀚”出自张国经之手。[2]

龙溪圩有两棵百年古榕，山后自然村另有一棵榕树。[2]

著名人物[edit]

古代村中许氏人物有：许隆，清康熙年间任铜山营守备，升任福宁镇中军游击；许莲在康熙五十二年（1713年）考中恩科举人，任知县，后改任莆田县教谕。[2]
