坡内村在古雷半岛中部：南面以半湖村为邻，北侧是油沃村，东侧连杏仔村，西侧临东山湾，杜古线公路穿境而过。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村庄紧靠一座山坡，故以「坡内」为名。1955年12月村子自东山县划归漳浦，当时属古雷区。1958年9月隶属杜浔公社古雷管理区，1961年7月成立古雷公社时，村中原有的两个大队并成坡内大队；1984年9月撤社建乡，改为古雷乡（后改镇）的坡内村，沿用至今。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村民以农业为主、渔业为辅，耕地全是农地，主要种植番薯、花生，以及芦笋、葱蒜等蔬菜。村中有滩涂，浅海与滩涂养殖牡蛎、对虾、花蛤和海带。[2]
