高林村隶属福建省漳州市漳浦县沙西镇，属村庄类别，是一个行政村。[1]

2024年1月，高林村获评「2023年福建省卫生村」；2023年9月，它经认定成为「漳州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，以榕树种植为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋时村中多高姓，村周围大树成林，社名“高林”；明代中期李姓开基，沿用此名。[1]

宋代为常乐乡的绥康下里，明代归十都，清代属铜山营镇标左营的高山保。民国初年列入南区，1928年改入第二自治区，1940年为屿头乡的高林保。[1]

1943年一度改称涂楼乡，次年又恢复屿头乡之名。解放初为十二区的高林乡，1955年12月并入杜浔区高山乡；1958年归杜浔公社，属高山管理区的高林大队；1961年转入沙西公社，仍称高林大队。1984年9月撤社建乡，此地成为高林村。[1]
