白衣村位于福建省漳州市漳浦县沙西镇西南部，北靠梁山打铁尖，南面临江，与云霄县东厦镇东崎村隔漳江相望，是沙西镇下辖的行政村。[1][2]

全村辖白衣、下埔两个自然村，共878户、3202人。[2]

白衣村于2024年1月获评「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

相传最早由戴姓开基，原社名为“百威”，因与“白衣”音近，后演化为白衣社。[1]

清代为白衣保。民国时期村地划入涂楼乡，1944年改归屿头乡。解放初属十二区下埔乡，1955年并入杜浔区，1958年设杜浔公社白衣大队，1961年划归沙西公社。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村西邻北旗村，东邻庵兜、下寨二村。省道漳东线与漳诏高速公路都从村北穿过。[1]

沿江突出的石蛇尾，是与对岸湖坵村对渡的古渡口，下寨码头即建在这里。[1]

经济[edit]

村民的生计主要依靠滩涂养殖、近海捕捞和海产品加工。[2]
