北旗村是福建省漳州市漳浦县沙西镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境西部，靠近漳江口北岸，是县境西南沿海最偏远的村庄。[1][2]
全村辖下崎、北旗、内北旗、罗宛井、安溪、寺里六个自然村，合计755户、2800人。[1][2][3]
村内的罗宛井窑是北宋至南宋的瓷窑遗址。[3]
北旗村于2024年1月获评「2023年福建省卫生村」；2022年12月，福建省绿化委员会将其命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」；2021年12月，它被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代此地隶属常乐乡绥康下里；明代属十都；清代归铜山营镇标左营下的白衣保管辖。[1][2]
1940年，村地设北旗保，名称由北岐山的“北岐”谐音而来，同年隶属涂楼乡北旗保。1944年涂楼乡改为屿头乡。[1][2]
新中国初期，村属十二区罗宛井乡。1955年12月，村改隶杜浔区北旗乡，1958年并入下寨乡；同年9月公社化后归杜浔公社下寨管理区，编为北旗大队；此后1961年改隶沙西公社，1984年9月改为沙西乡北旗村，1993年1月乡改为镇。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村落坐落在梁山南麓，东与白衣村相接，西与云霄县浯田村相邻，南面隔漳江口与云霄县崎尾相对，北靠梁山山脉。[2]
201省道漳东线横贯全村，漳诏高速公路在村边穿过。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
迎江寺的前身是北旗大庙，始建于宋淳熙年间（1174年至1188年），清乾隆年间重兴，2001年竣工并举行开光典礼。[2]
罗宛井吴氏祖祠德嘉堂，最初建于清乾隆中期，2008年重建。[2]
