深土镇是福建省漳州市漳浦县东南部的镇，东南面临将军澳海域，南接竹屿盐场和六鳌镇，北与湖西乡、赤土乡相邻，西以浯江溪为界与旧镇镇相接，东与赤湖镇毗连。全镇下辖19个行政村，镇政府驻山边村。[2][5][12]
镇域地势北高南低，北部灶山主峰海拔580米，南部深土村一带为海积平原；海岸线长8.4公里。[2][3]
深土镇以农业为主，蔬菜种植是支柱产业，水产养殖以紫菜、海带、鲍鱼、牡蛎和对虾为主。镇内有国家级文物保护单位锦江楼，位于锦东村。[1][6]
历史沿革[edit]
唐宋时代，今镇域属漳浦县安仁乡含恩里，明清时属十五都。清代编为金泥、钱塘二保，金泥即今深土，钱塘即今塘头。[4]
乾隆三十二年（1767年），两保居民在保界之间设立墟市，各取一字，名为金塘墟；此后「金塘」逐渐成为这一带的总地名。[4]
1940年设金塘、东宗两乡，民国33年（1944年）东宗乡并入金塘乡。新中国成立后撤销金塘乡，1951年8月增设第九区，区公所设于深土自然村，1955年12月改称深土区。[4]
1958年9月成立深土公社，1961年分设深土、车鳌、六鳌三个公社，1964年车鳌公社并入深土公社。1981年公社驻地迁至山边村，同年8月改为深土乡，当时全乡辖19村、67个自然村。[4]
1982年2月改为镇，据博雅地名网镇沿革所载；其村页则写作1992年2月改为镇，两说并存，待核。[4][14]
镇名「深土」原作「金泥」。据传清代一位县令出巡至此，遇雨路泥松软，官靴沾满泥浆，觉得泥太深，遂改名。[2]
地理环境[edit]
北部灶山为镇内最高处，主峰海拔580米，东平村位于其东坡；南部深土村一带为海积平原。[2]
东南面临将军澳海域，海岸线长8.4公里；西以浯江溪为界，与旧镇镇分隔。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
县政府网站乡镇概况称全镇总人口5.8万人，页面发布于2025年7月，未注统计年份。[1]
镇域耕地1810.7公顷，林地2639公顷。蔬菜种植是支柱产业，花菜、洋葱、大葱、萝卜、包菜为主要作物，另有红心7号地瓜。[1]
水产养殖面积达3.6万亩，养殖品种有紫菜、海带、鲍鱼、牡蛎和对虾。[1]
以「深土」为名的花菜、紫菜、三角文蛤和皱纹盘鲍鱼，都取得了国家地理标志认证商标，产品销往国内外。[1]
文化[edit]
辖区传承多项非遗技艺，其中红泥小火炉的制作技艺已传承近百年。[1]
镇内有国家级文物保护单位1处，即锦江楼，另有县级文物保护单位11处，包括「塘头陈氏家庙」「塘头玄天上帝庙」「墩柄乡贤家庙」「金塘王公庙」「西丹官厅」「西丹寨仔堡」「路下林氏家庙」「示埔霞陵城」「示埔瑞安楼」「东坪皮定均陵园」和「东坪八卦堡」。[1]
自2003年起，深土镇连续六届获「福建省文明乡镇」称号。2014年9月，深土镇获环境保护部授予的「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号；2020年12月，福建省爱卫办把深土镇评为「福建省卫生乡镇」，2021年2月又入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1][2]
名胜古迹[edit]
锦江楼位于锦东村的锦江自然村，由内、中、外三圈组成的圆形土楼。清乾隆五十六年（1791年）林升泽始建内圈，嘉庆八年（1803年）其妻李灿续建中圈，后世再建外圈。2006年，它被定为第六批全国重点文物保护单位之一。[6]
西丹古民居俗称「五落官厅」，位于山尾村的西丹社，为清嘉庆十四年（1809年）武科进士林寅登归休后所建，列为县级文物保护单位。[7][13]
皮定均将军陵园在灶山上，分为将军纪念园、骨灰安置处和飞机失事现场三部分。皮定均（1914年—1976年）为安徽金寨人，1976年7月7日在前往东山指挥军事演习途中，因飞机失事去世，长眠于丹山。陵园1978年开始修建，占地177亩；2009年列为漳州市爱国主义教育基地，为福建省市级烈士纪念设施，也是市级红色文化教育基地。[8][9][1]
八卦堡位于灶山东坡的东平村，为清代中期建造的五环式八卦形民居，县政府网站列其为县级文物保护单位「东坪八卦堡」。[11][1]
葛洪炼丹处在灶山上，灶山又称丹山、丹灶山。相传东晋道士葛洪曾隐居此山炼丹，遗址至今可寻。[10]
