仙都村是马坪镇下辖的行政村，周边的后康、马圩、文安、林埭、京野几村皆与它接壤。村内种植杨梅果树，并有一村一品的专业村称号。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名源于村境岩山大石上的大脚印。相传此地有神仙居住，村民称之为仙人脚印，后取「仙都」（仙人活动的都市）为地名。[2]

清朝时此地属二十三都山兜保，解放前归马坪乡。解放初隶佛昙区，1958年被编为佛昙公社仙都大队，1984年起成为佛昙镇仙都村的一部分。1987年转属马坪乡，1992年马坪乡改镇后，它成为马坪镇仙都村委会。[3]

经济[edit]

杨梅是村内的主要果树，村内建有果蔬保鲜库，并设有杨梅专业收购营销市场。[1]

文化[edit]

仙都村在2024年1月获得「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。2021年2月，村入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[2]

2022年9月，仙都村被认定为「漳州市2022年度市级一村一品专业村」（杨梅果树）。同年12月，经福建省农业农村厅确认，该村成为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」（杨梅）。[1][2]
