后蔡村是福建省漳州市漳浦县前亭镇下辖的行政村，位于前亭镇境内。2024年6月，村庄入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村庄原名前蔡。传说元代蔡氏先祖在此建前、后两村，后蔡村中曾有一名女子做过皇后。清初，风沙埋没了村落，为纪念这位皇后，村名由前蔡改为后蔡。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国初年村域属外东区。1934年村内设江口保，1940年归前江乡，1944年改隶前坪乡。[1]
