历史沿革[edit]
宋代，洛运、中山两个自然村隶属漳浦县二十三都沙澳里。清代，洛运属二十三都沙澳保管辖。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村域地势东、北、西高，南面低，三面环山，属丘陵地带。主要山脉为困牛山，海拔352米。此前缺水，解放后由下仓水库经渠道引水灌田。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
2011年末的统计为466户、1659人，外来约4人；劳力912人中约348人外出经商或打工。1986年，村内架起输电线路，此后各户通水通电。[2]
姓氏源流[edit]
洛运社是徐姓聚居地。徐姓于明末从镇海卫迁来开基，至天启年间分居洛运社。村中传说其祖先为明开国元勋徐达的后裔，但博雅地名网引述的《镇海卫志》和旧《漳浦县志》记载，徐文于成化年间调任镇海，其后世袭指挥同知，洛运徐姓应由镇海卫传衍而来。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
洛运社西北的凤凰山下有瑞云寺，建于明代，至今保存。寺中每年农历六月十九日办佛诞庆典。东北的许坑另有关帝君庙，于农历五月十三日办关帝诞辰的祭典。社中供奉开漳圣王，并设徐氏祠堂。[2]
中山社清末曾设墟市，村内古民居至今保存完好。[2]
