友爱村是福建省漳州市漳浦县长桥镇下辖的行政村，位于镇北部的丘陵地带，东与官浔镇为邻，北与长桥农场五里作业区相接。一条县道贯穿全村，村辖草埔墘、芦坑、庵内三个自然村。[1]

村名来自1950年代合作化时成立的友爱生产合作社，此后一直沿用。[3]

人口与村落[edit]

全村现有人口1537人，共358户。草埔墘有191户828人，以黄姓为主；芦坑有114户516人，以林姓为主；庵内有51户193人，以林姓为主。[1]

村行政驻地历来设在草埔墘。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，本村为长桥乡的溪西保，含西边社。解放初属庵内乡，归第十一区管辖。合作化时期组建了友爱生产合作社，人民公社时期改称友爱生产大队，1984年起为友爱村委会，沿用至今。[2][4]

产业与设施[edit]

山地5000亩，农田1470亩；经营以粮食、花卉和速成林为主。近年花卉苗木种植扩大，现有苗木近千亩。[1]

村内设有友爱小学，建于草埔墘，现有学生40人。草埔墘建有村级基层组织活动中心与老人活动场所。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

泗洲岩为县级文物保护单位，始建于唐代，原为庵内自然村的观音庙，后供奉玄天上帝。据村情所载，乾隆皇帝曾为此庙题名「泗州佳庙」。[1]

红三团农民赤卫队曾在泗洲岩成立，该处为革命遗址。[1]

清康熙六年（1667年），林储祯辞官后在草埔墘开办学堂，供奉祖师神像，此后称「祖师公学仔」。2009年，该处改称慈弘寺。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，友爱村获省级认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年2月，友爱村成为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」的创建对象。2024年9月，友爱村获评漳州市2024年度市级「一村一品」专业村，主营高优园林苗木。2024年11月，友爱村获评2024年度福建省「一村一品」专业村，同为高优园林苗木方向。[2]
