刘坂村位于霞美镇东北部，东南方向临旧镇港，与六鳌半岛隔海对望，东北接山前村，西面是运头村，南面连霞美村，北面与过田村相邻。省道漳东线和漳诏高速公路自村内穿过[1]。
名称与沿革[edit]
旧时村中刘姓人家聚居，村庄又坐落在平缓的坡地上，因而称刘坂。这里在清代属七都，设刘坂保；民国时是霞美乡下的刘坂保，新中国初期又设第四区刘坂乡。1958年9月，村中设坡下、人东、城内三个大队，归旧镇公社刘坂管理区。1961年7月管理区撤销，三个大队并为一个刘坂大队，改属霞美公社。1984年改为霞美乡刘坂村，1990年随乡改镇。[1]
