岱嵩村是佛昙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境东部的港湾海域中，占地约0.36平方千米。漳浦方言称此地为大桑，依同音字雅称为岱嵩。村辖东面、西面两个自然村，4个村民小组。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属十七都石门上保，民国初属外东区（第三区，即佛昙区）；1940年属佛昙镇岱嵩保。[2]

1952年分设岱嵩乡；1958年9月设岱嵩生产大队；1984年9月改为镇建制下的行政村。[2]

人口与姓氏[edit]

岱嵩村是佛昙杨氏三房的聚居地。第五世恺美公于明初在此立基；其后人分迁广东大埔、南澳、三河坝等地，清末至民国又有人远赴漳州及马来西亚、印尼。[2]

渔业[edit]

岱嵩村没有耕地，是纯渔业村。渔船已全部机动化，捕捞渔船总计将近二百三十艘，马力在五十匹以上的有一百六十艘。[2]

岛东海域辟为网箱养殖园区，有养殖户100户、网箱3000箱；滩涂养虾1000亩，牡蛎吊养3000亩。[2]

博雅地名网称岱嵩为小岛，镇政府网站则称其为半岛，两说不同。[2][3]
