历史沿革[edit]
明清时代此地称岸曲社，民国时期属佛昙镇岸头保。新中国成立初属漳浦县第五区（佛昙区），一度与港头村合称港岸村。[2]
1958年9月设岸头生产大队；1984年9月改为镇建制下的行政村。[2]
人口与姓氏[edit]
杨姓居多，户主大多是佛昙杨氏长房的后人。[2]
经济[edit]
耕地747亩，其中水田386亩；虾池400亩。海塘东埭蓄水230亩，清末已建。[2]
村内另有一座大祖塘，蓄水十亩。[2]
