石埕村是佛昙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境中部，东临佛昙港，隔海与屈原公屿遥遥相望。村名源于石埕祖祠前铺的石板场地。村辖石埕、下赵、积美三个自然村，共14个村民小组。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，此处为佛昙镇的石埕保。新中国成立初划入第五区（佛昙区）。1958年9月，石埕一带归佛昙公社岸头大队管辖；1962年另立石埕大队。[1]

1984年改称石埕村委会，一直沿用至今。[1]

人口与姓氏[edit]

村内以杨姓居多，多数人家属佛昙杨氏始祖世隆公派下三房的大秀公一支，下赵另有长房后人。[2]

下赵自然村在宋末曾以赵姓为主，开基祖是宋末闽冲郡王赵若和；明万历年间，部分赵氏迁往湖西乡硕高山。积美自然村原以黄姓为主，后来杨姓迁入，渐成大姓。[2]

经济[edit]

耕地1164亩，其中水田587亩；虾池有1500亩。[2]

村中渠道有五口涵和三口涵，名称来自出水口处的涵口数量，这些涵口分别通向佛昙港。[2]
