历史沿革[edit]
郭厝原为郭姓聚居之地，后改为王姓居多，村民由秦溪迁衍而来。该地长期属秦溪的行政区划，1980年才从秦溪大队析出，单独设为郭厝大队，即今郭厝村，村委会设在郭厝社。[2]

分队之初，全村只有三百多户，1324人，此后人口逐步增加。[2]
