马坑村是漳浦县绥安镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区西部，处县城西郊。村东是绥西社区，西面与石榴镇梅北村、石古农场相连，北邻寨窑村。村内的一德楼遗址是省级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

清代至民国33年，这里是绥安所辖的马坑保。新中国成立初期归第一区马坑乡，1956年10月划入石榴区。1958年9月设石榴公社马坑大队，1964年9月改隶城关公社。[1]

1984年9月改设城关乡的马坑村，1988年5月该乡并入绥安镇，马坑村随之归绥安镇。村下辖七个自然村（西庙、高炉山、新厝顶、棕口、下学、乌潭埔、马坑），分设10个村民小组。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

一德楼遗址位于乌潭埔自然村，为明嘉靖三十七年（1558年）建成的方形土楼，由当地吴氏族人建造以供防御。1943年遭日机轰炸后废弃，现存夯土墙体。2005年升格为省级文物保护单位。[3][4]

「中国工农红军闽南独立第3团成立旧址」在新厝顶自然村，原是陈氏祠堂，现只留残垣。[4]
