英山村是漳浦县绥安镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东南部。村西南隔鹿溪与后港村相望，北邻麦埔村，西邻鹿溪村，东与旧镇镇甘林村交界。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国29年这里为东英乡所辖的英山保；民国32年东英乡撤销，英山改归旧镇管辖。新中国成立初期属第一区英山乡，1956年10月划入旧镇区。[2]

1958年9月，英山划入城关乡，成立英山大队；1964年9月转入城关公社。1984年9月，英山由大队改为城关乡所辖的村，1988年5月该乡撤销，村归绥安镇。全村辖八个自然村，即崎溪、南门坑、瑞岩、后营、树下、涂厝、打山与英山，分设20个村民小组。[2]

文物遗址[edit]

英山蝙蝠穴遗址在村东北约500米处，1961年县文化馆调查时发现，遗址面积约500平方米，采集到石镞、石环、石锛及夹砂黑陶片等遗物。[2]

南门坑窑址俗名英山窑，是1982年才被发现的，位于南门坑自然村北侧的碗匣山上。窑址上可见龙窑，主要产品为碗、盘、盅、瓶和罐。[2]
