历史沿革[edit]
清初至1949年，此地属浯江乡的古锦保。新中国成立初期归第一区古锦乡，1956年10月改属旧镇区大埔乡，1958年9月为城关公社的西方大队。[2]
1960年划给万安农场，1961年7月划入鹿溪公社，成为下梧大队。1964年9月，城关公社吸收了鹿溪公社，下梧大队也归其管辖。1984年9月改称城关乡下梧村；1988年5月该乡撤销，村随之属绥安镇。全村共3个村民小组。[2]
