历史沿革[edit]
明清时这里属在坊，归罗北保管。民国初年划入绥安镇，民国29年成为罗北保北侧的一个乡；民国32年，罗山保与北乡保并为罗北保。新中国成立初期并入罗山乡，1956年10月改归石榴区的罗北乡。[1][2]
1958年3月改属城关区的霞潭乡的辖地，1961年7月霞潭公社撤销，并入城关公社。1984年9月设城关乡油车村；1988年5月该乡归并绥安镇，油车村因此成为绥安镇的一员。2003年5月分出设立油车社区，编为8个村民小组。[1][2]
