城北社区是漳浦县绥安镇下辖的社区，属镇中心区，位于县城北部。社区名因地处县城北部而得。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1993年4月因区域划分而设城北居委会；2003年4月社区整改后改称绥安镇城北社区，此后沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月命名城北社区为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
