道周社区位于绥安镇中东部，处县城东郊。北面连着石斋社区，东为黄仓村，南为炉尾村，西侧沿县城环城东路。社区名称据博雅地名网所载，取自明末学者黄道周居住讲学之所。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

道周社区原属石斋社区的一部分，并合并了巷尾新村、沓底新村等地。2003年3月分设为道周社区，辖车仔、坎坑、后埔三个自然村。[2]

地理环境[edit]

龙湖中路从社区境内穿过，社区有耕地380亩，其中水田200亩。[2]
