绥安镇是福建省漳州市漳浦县下辖的镇，也是县人民政府驻地，位于县境中部偏西，鹿溪下游一带，是全县的政治、经济、文化和商贸中心。镇辖20个社区和19个行政村。[1][3]

唐垂拱二年（686年）起这里属漳浦县管辖，开元年间州县治所迁到如今的县城所在地。1940年设绥安镇，1982年3月定名为绥安镇。镇内有明末学者黄道周的讲学处和墓，两处均为文物保护单位。[2][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

东晋至五代，镇境属义安郡的绥安县；隋代绥安县撤销后改属建安郡的龙溪县。唐垂拱二年（686年）起属漳州的漳浦县。开元四年（716年），州县治所从陈元光屯军的旧地迁到李澳川，即今县城所在。[2]

1940年设绥安镇，1943年东英、北岭、盘陀三乡并入绥安镇。新中国成立后，这里先后设第一区、城关区和城关公社。1980年9月，城关公社划出绥东、绥西、绥南、绥北、南门五个大队和一个居民大队，另立城关镇；1982年3月改称绥安镇；1988年5月城关乡并入绥安镇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东面濒临台湾海峡，国道324线贯穿全境；东面紧靠沈海高速的旧镇互通口，西侧有厦深高铁漳浦站。[1]

县政府网站所载全镇面积为128平方千米；百度百科所载行政区域总面积为117.24平方千米。两处数字不同，两者并存，各自注明来源。[1][3]

县政府网站于2025年发布的乡镇概况中，登记在册的户籍人数为13.91万，居住人口估计约19.18万。百度百科则引用2019年末的户籍数字，为118449人。[1][3]

镇政府网站称，镇域以生态农业、食品生产和乡村旅游为主导产业。[1]

文化[edit]

当地民间艺术门类丰富，舞龙腰鼓、大车鼓、芗剧、八音之外，剪纸尤为突出。2021年，文化和旅游部将绥安镇列入「中国民间文化艺术之乡」（剪纸）名录，时段为2021至2023年度。[1][3]

荣誉[edit]

2014年9月，环境保护部授予绥安镇「国家级生态乡镇」称号，所指为2012年至2013年度。县政府网站另列出镇获得的福建省「先进基层党组织」「福建省文明乡镇」等称号。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄道周讲学处在县城东郊石斋村前，原称东皋书舍，始建于明万历三十七年（1609年）。明崇祯十七年（1644年）扩建后改名明诚堂，南明隆武帝于1646年赐表额「文明书院」。2019年10月，讲学处被公布为第八批全国重点文物保护单位。[4][5][12]

黄道周墓在县城北郊。百度百科称其在县北山，离讲学处不远；维基百科称其在绥安镇北郊。墓为三合土结构，墓侧另有「四君子墓」。1991年，墓被列为福建省第三批文物保护单位。[6][7]

漳浦文庙位于县城后沟巷，始建于宋，明洪武二年（1369年）重建，现存大成殿。2006年列为第六批全国重点文物保护单位。[8]

一德楼位于马坑村乌潭埔自然村，是明嘉靖三十七年（1558年）建成的方形土楼，由当地吴氏族人建造，用以防御。1943年遭日机轰炸后废弃，现存夯土墙体。2005年升格为福建省文物保护单位。据博雅地名网，它是已知年代最久远的土楼。[9][12]

英山村崎溪社的石笏山北坡上有蓝廷珍墓，墓主为清康熙、雍正年间的福建水师提督蓝廷珍，墓园始建于雍正九年（1731年）。2025年12月31日起，该墓列入福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位。[10]

在县城新尾路上，有中央红军东路军第三军军部旧址，俗称漳浦红楼，为二层砖木楼房。1932年4月，红三军在此设军部，并成立漳浦县革命委员会。该旧址先于1984年被定为县级文保单位，2009年改作漳浦县革命历史纪念馆，之后升为省级文保单位。[11]

马坑村新厝顶自然村有「中国工农红军闽南独立第3团成立旧址」，原是陈氏祠堂，如今只余残垣。[12]

著名人物[edit]

明末学者黄道周（1585—1646）在石斋村讲学，东皋书舍后改称明诚堂。[4][12]

清代大学士蔡新（1707—1799）与本镇有关，曾任文华殿大学士和兵部尚书。[13]

县政府网站在介绍本镇历史时，还提到新中国漳浦县首任县长柯永麟，以及亚运会冠军谢荔梅。[1]
