地名由来[edit]
村名取自所在的自然村白凤斜。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立前属双地乡的居地保，解放初改属第五区居地乡。1958年归卫星公社，1961年归新林公社，1964年改属马埔公社。1984年撤社设乡，大队改设村。[3]
