仙石村是福建省漳州市云霄县下河乡下辖的行政村，位于县境西部山区，东邻坡下村，西接三星村。村名源自驻地附近的一块巨石。[1]
地名与历史[edit]
驻地新楼南面的山腰上有一块巨石，四周如直壁，高4米余，顶面积约10平方米，石上有九十九道规则的沟纹，形似莲花瓣，俗称「仙人石」。附近一带的总地名即为「仙人石」，村委会驻地新楼，村委会简称「仙石」。[1]
解放前此地隶平和县壶仙乡，解放后归平和县第五区，1957年才划入云霄县。1958年组建生产队，隶跃进公社；1966年改属下河公社；1984年公社改乡，大队改为村委会。[1]
概况[edit]
据博雅地名网，全村面积约20平方公里，辖15个自然村，近3000人，全部姓张。山多田少，出产红科树和石竹，石竹笋与岩蛙尤为本地所产。近年村民外出务工者多。[1]
2019年12月，仙石村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单。[1]
