石屏村是福建省漳州市云霄县下河乡下辖的行政村，位于县境西部。村名因村口山丘与村后的巨石排列似屏风而得。[1]

地名与历史[edit]

此地由邻县平和江姓的后裔来此开垦。村口有一山丘，丘上巨石堆叠并列，状如屏风；村后也有巨石屏障，故名石屏。[1]

建国前此地隶吉龙乡车圩保，建国初属第四区。1958年组建生产队，隶跃进公社；1966年改属下河公社；1984年起改称石屏村委会，隶下河乡。[1]

2022年12月，省爱卫会评定本村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
