火田村处在镇中心区，管辖4个自然村，是镇里的核心村落。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
火田军陂遗迹横跨火田溪中段，位于竹树潭和珍珠坂两村之间。它修于唐代总章年间（668—669年），由陈政、陈元光带领开漳将士兴建，是一处拦江引水的灌溉工程，靠自流供水。2013年1月28日，福建省人民政府把它划入「第八批省级文物保护单位」。[2]
村内有陈政故居、静安楼，还有乞丐岭古遗址。[1]
