火田镇是福建省漳州市云霄县下辖的镇，位于县境北部，东面与东厦镇接壤，西面毗连下河乡，南面是云霄县城，北面以漳浦县盘陀镇为界。镇中心离县城关约8公里。[1]
镇内有21个行政村，另设政和社区，所辖自然村共98个。镇内有菜埔堡、西林张氏家庙、火田军陂遗迹等文物古迹，县政府网站称全镇有文物古迹38处。[1]
镇名的由来据博雅地名网所载：唐归德将军陈元光率部下放火烧山、开垦荒地，在此屯垦，故称火田。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
据县政府网站，唐仪凤二年（677年）此地已设建制，陈元光曾在火田西林城设州治，县政府网站称这里是漳州郡治的发源之处。[1]
民国时期此地属高岳乡和西岳乡，新中国成立初则分属第二区和第六区。[1]
1958年设火箭公社。1960年，此地分成火田与菜埔两个公社。1965年两者再度并为火田公社，1984年改称火田乡，1993年成为镇。县政府网站的年份为准；博雅地名网记为1966年并社、1992年设镇，与之不同。[1][3]
2024年全县乡镇区划中，火田镇包括圆岭林场。[2]
地理环境[edit]
镇域位于云霄县北部，国道324线穿过腹地，全程16.7公里。镇内有溪口、后埔、官园、后门四处温泉资源点。[1]
镇内有古茶树群落约467公顷，生态茶园约33公顷。[1]
经济[edit]
县政府网站记有八种地理标志产品：菠萝、青枣、大茂山茶、金樱酒、金柑、生姜、龙眼和大蒜，其中大蒜注明产自岳坑，龙眼产自西林。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
菜埔堡位于菜埔村，出资修建的是张士良，时间在明朝崇祯末期（1628—1644年）。堡墙为椭圆形三合土夯筑，周长约600米，设东、西、南、北四门。[5]
西林张氏家庙位于西林村，其历史可上溯到明正德四年（1509年）。1864年（清同治三年）重新营造，1945年加以修葺。2013年，此家庙被纳入「第八批省级文物保护单位」。[6]
火田军陂遗迹位于火田村境内，横跨火田溪中段。它始建于唐总章年间（668—669年），由陈政、陈元光率领开漳将士完成，是拦截江水后自流灌溉的水利工程，至今仍有千亩田地受益。2013年1月28日，福建省人民政府将其列为第八批省级文物保护单位。[4]
西林五通庙位于西林村，又称广平尊王庙，现存建筑为清代所建，建筑面积465平方米。[7]

2014年7月，火田镇列入全国重点镇名单，由住房城乡建设部会同其余六部委确定。[3]
环境保护部在2014年9月把火田镇评为「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」。[3]
福建省政府于2016年5月把火田镇认定为「第五批福建省历史文化名镇名村」。[3]
2021年2月，火田镇入选「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[3]
