历史沿革[edit]
东崎的前身是1966年合并而成的东崎大队，合并前的三处自然村为东坑、山后与崎美。1984年，大队改为东崎村。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村民靠种植荔枝、蔬菜，养殖水产和外出务工谋生。山地有10876亩，耕地为2225亩。[1]
2024年9月，本村入选「漳州市2024年度市级一村一品专业村」，主打绿芦笋；同年11月，又获「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」称号。2021年11月，村庄获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
