白塔村是东厦镇下辖的行政村，辖白塔、上路头2个自然村，全村有940户、3950人。村中的龙湫岩是县级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

龙湫岩俗称白塔岩，位于白塔山麓，始建于明崇祯四年（1631年），清代及近年曾多次重修。寺分上下两岩，占地约1000平方米，供奉释迦牟尼与观音，周围有天然石室和多处摩崖石刻。[2]

寺门前的石匾上，“铃袈深处”四字出自黄道周之笔。墙壁上还嵌有一块记述建寺始末的石碑。[2]

行政与生产[edit]

全村分为22个村民小组，外出工作的干部职工有125人。耕地方面，水田为1880亩。[2][3]
